serves 4-6, depending on size of potatoes

  • 4 small sweet potatoes, sliced in halves and then cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Place sweet potato strips into large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, mix and coat and then add all spices and mix well. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
