yields 6 chicken tenders

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders, antibiotic and hormone free
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices nitrate-nitrite free bacon

Whisk together olive oil, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and honey. Marinate chicken in sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove from sauce and wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken tenders on sheet, pouring the excess sauce on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
