• 2 organic pears, halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. grass-fed butter


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice a small piece off the bottom of each pear so it will sit upright in the baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over each pear in a baking dish. Mix cherries and walnuts together, spoon 2 tbsp. of the mixture into each pear center. Drizzle honey over each pear and top with 1/2 tbsp. of butter and bake for 20 minutes or until easily poked with a fork.
