If you don’t want to drink but still want to be social, you can mimic the look and feel of an alcoholic beverage without the negative side effects and the hangover! I LOVE “mocktails” and this sparkling apple cider one is my fav! (it almost tastes like a cider beer)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. sparkling mineral water (I use San Pellegrino)
  • splash (2 tbsp.) sparkling apple cider
  • 1 lime wedge
  • ice

Pour sparkling water and sparkling apple cider over ice, squeeze in the lime juice and enjoy!
