Yields 1 Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of protein powder (Use a collagen or a plant-based protein, I like Vega One With Greens)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic berries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 cup packed spinach or kale
- dash of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend! Add ice for extra thickness if desired.
