Yields 1 Shake


  • 1 scoop of protein powder (Use a collagen or a plant-based protein, I like Vega One With Greens)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic berries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 cup packed spinach or kale
  • dash of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend! Add ice for extra thickness if desired.
