Roasted Butternut Squash with Green Apples and Walnuts


Yields 4 servings

  • 12 oz. frozen and chopped butternut squash
  • 2 medium organic green apples, chopped into ½-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp. molasses
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and roast in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
