Ingredients:

- 1⁄2 cup cooked butternut squash
- 1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz. unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, or water
- 1 scoop of pure bone broth protein OR vanilla plant-based protein
