Yields 4 servings 


  • 4, 4-6 oz. wild-caught cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 large lemon, cut in half
  • green onion for garnish


Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat, add minced garlic and brown for 1-2 minutes. Add cod fillets to skillet, squeeze lemon juice from 1/2 of the lemon over the fish, season with lemon pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Once fish flakes apart, remove from heat and serve with green onion and lemon slices.
