  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 4 whole bay leaves
  • 4 cups vegetable broth, no salt added
  • 8 oz. can organic tomato sauce, no salt added
  • 15. oz. can organic diced tomatoes, no salt added
  • 1 small red cabbage, chopped into large chunks
  • 4 large carrots, sliced into thin rounds
  • 3 tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 cup wild rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups filtered water

Brown turkey in a skilled over medium-high heat. In a separate, large pot, heat olive oil on medium-high. Add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
