- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup Cabot plain Greek yogurt, 10% milk-fat **the 10% makes a huge difference in the taste, the higher the % milk-fat, the better!
- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper into food processor or blender, blend until smooth. Transfer to small bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
