I was in your shoes when I was 18 years old listening to my doctor tell me about my chronic kidney disease, and that I was looking at dialysis or a transplant within the next 5 years.

I looked down at my newborn baby girl and said, “that’s not an option for me.”

Since that day, I had to become my own advocate. I couldn’t get health insurance because it was a pre-existing condition, and I didn’t have the luxury of going to the doctor.

I took my health into my own hands and now, I teach women just like you how to do the same.

How to get out of your pain and into your power, because you deserve that much.

Currently I do not accept insurance for private coaching. With that being said, I have had clients who have been successful in submitting the proper codes to their insurance.

Absolutely! I don’t believe in a one size fits all nutrition approach, and I certainly want to honor your preferences. I myself have intolerances to wheat and dairy and lead more of a plant-based lifestyle. Together we will work to find a solution that meets your needs, fits your preferences, budget and most importantly, makes you feel better and heal.

Once you apply for the program, you will get on a discovery call with me where we can discuss pricing options based on your needs. The length of the program as well as duration of weekly calls varies from person to person and thus determines the pricing. If it’s not a good fit, I have plenty of other program options. The short answer? Yes. However, my programs are 100% customized and NOT focused solely on nutrition. This is NOT a “give you a meal plan and wish you the best” type of program. After you decide to work with me, I have you submit a series of forms and lab results to give me a full picture into your health and your life. From there, I come up with a very in-depth program that includes every area of your lifestyle: stress, sleep, gut health, nutrition, hydration, exercise, mindset, you name it! I work with you to come up with a program that will fit into your lifestyle, instead of you trying to work your life around the program. It’s most important to find something you can stay consistent with and that doesn’t send you into overwhelm. This is about making change that lasts a lifetime, not just a few weeks.
